Melbourne Writers Festival

Celebrating its 25th year, the Melbourne Writers Festival continues to be one of the highlights on the Melbourne cultural calendar. Running from the 20th to the 30th of August, the festival offers over two hundred sessions, including panels, readings, workshops and debates. Held at the vibrant Federation Square precinct, and attracting some of the biggest names in the literary world, the Melbourne Writers Festival is a must for writers and readers alike.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival runs from the 25th of March to the 19th of April. Held at various venues across the city, the festival features a terrific line up of some of the world's funniest people.
