Hamilton Island Triathlon and Ocean Swim

Combining a triathlon workshop, ocean swim and triathlon, the Hamilton Island Triathlon is a festival of fitness and runs from the 15th of November to the 16th of November. The Ocean Swim takes place between Hamilton Island and beautiful Whitehaven Beach and is sure to become one of Australia's premier ocean classics. The Hamilton Island Triathlon again promises spectacular racing, with the beauty of the Whitsundays providing a magnificent backdrop.

Hamilton Island Race Week

One of Australia's best-known yachting regattas, Hamilton Island Race Week is an eight day program of sailing action. Attracting over 200 competitors, the event is now in its 31st year and runs from the 15th to the 22nd of August. In addition to the offshore races, there are plenty of activities on land, ranging from tennis clinics with star tennis professionals through to dinners with celebrity chefs.
